Ritesh reunites with Genelia

Ritesh and Genelia have always been secretive about their roaring love affair. Not too long ago, it was heard that, Ritesh broke up with Genelia for his ‘Alladin’ co-star, Jacqueline Fernandes.

But a lot can be learnt from the recent turn of events. Recently, Ritesh got to know of a comment his so called “good friend” Jacqueline Fernandes had made on him, he was hurt real bad. Now, Jacqueline is out of his life and he is said to be back with Genelia D’souza.

Jacqueline made an uncharitable and a very nasty remark about Ritesh in front of one of his close friends. Obviously, Ritesh got to know about this later. And sure enough, it didn’t go down well with him..

When asked Jacqueline about this episode, all we got to hear was, “No comments. I don’t want to say anything on this at all.” Ritesh was unavailable to confirm the news.

Hmmm, I wonder what Jacqueline commented. Whatever it is, I’m happy Ritesh and Genelia are back.

Riteish confident about JKSYH and HOUSEFULL

Last few months haven't been too kind for Riteish Deshmukh with RANN, ALADIN and DO KNOT DISTURB not really doing well at theaters. Given the fact that he had invested so many months in these films with a lot of faith entrusted in it, one wonders if it was more of a personal rather than a professional loss for him.

"No, not at all", he says promptly, "I don't treat box office failure as a personal loss. You do films because you like them, you believe in them. All of them are your responsibility and you have to accept the final outcome. When you fail, then you move ahead and put more effort in your next outing. You better yourself next time. I have faith in the people I work with and understand where they are coming from. You can't have control beyond that."

He would be seen in light hearted films like JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI and HOUSEFULL next. Before a serious role in RANN, he had taken the comedy route with ALADIN. Over the last 6 odd months, has he been able to analyze that what really went wrong? It is one thing when a film is rejected by audience due to poor word of mouth and another when there aren't many foot falls.

"Probably we did something which was not in synch with what people wanted. Yes, we did make what we believed in and did so with complete honesty. I am extremely proud and happy about this fact for sure. Audience verdict is something that we have to accept and move ahead. Yes, I am quite positive about both JAANE KAHAN SE AAYI HAI and HOUSEFULL and am sure that it would be Thumbs Up this April", smiles away Riteish.

Aladin couple Ritesh-Jacqueline back together

Ritesh Deshmukh and Jacqueline Fernandez shot a music video for their upcoming film Jaane Kahan se Aayi Hai in a college. For the first time, a music video has been shot amidst a college festival. The other cast includes Vishal Malhotra, Sonal Sehgal and Ruslaan Mumtaz. The film is slated for release on April 9,2010.
